Temporary work continued...

Well because I was not working and Rob had finished up at Tiwai, we thought we would be busy in the garden, but Rachel had other ideas....

She called us and asked us to demolish the bedroom that is going to be the nursery.

The walls needed to be ripped back to the studs and Pink batts (insulation) and New GIB (plasterboard) needed to be put up.

Monday morning bright and early we arrived at Rachels. After dropping Cole off at Kindy we started to pull off the old wall coverings. there was GIB up but it was old and in bad condition.

It was a hard job to do but we finally got to the wood shell. Rob decided that we should only take off the wooden planking in sections as it wasa holding the framing together
